Lead Clinical AI / LLM Engineer
Lead the architecture and fine-tuning of domain-specific clinical language models that parse unstructured physician notes and operative reports into compliant ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT codes.
- 5+ years experience in NLP / LLM architectures with Python, PyTorch, and HuggingFace
- Proven track record with clinical NLP, medical ontologies (SNOMED, UMLS, RxNorm, ICD-10)
- Experience optimizing model latency and hallucination-mitigation for regulated environments
Senior Healthcare Integrations Engineer (Epic / FHIR)
Design and maintain bi-directional SMART-on-FHIR and HL7 v2/v3 pipelines with major EHR platforms (Epic Systems, Oracle Cerner, MEDITECH).
- Deep hands-on experience with Epic App Orchard / FHIR R4 APIs and Cerner Ignite
- Knowledge of EDI transactions (835, 837, 270/271, 278)
- Strong background in secure cloud infrastructure (AWS HealthLake / HIPAA compliance)
